HOW TO APPLY
Apllications are closed for 2023!
We separated applications into two types for your convenience!
- If you want to come to Kyiv and show your project live, then you need to fill out our Google form
- Participants who can’t come to Kyiv and want to show their projects online on SceneSaver fill out an application on Eventotron.

Who can apply:
The formats of applying projects are not limited at all! Everything that can be considered as creative product of arts can take part in the festival.
Priority areas: theatre, comedy, circus, music, cabaret, visual arts, workshops.
Priority language: English.
Our festival is a platform for presentations of cultural projects from all over the world that have not been shown to the Ukrainian public before. Ukraine Fringe is an ideal opportunity for you to show your creativity!
Costs:
Participation fee:
- 100€ (festival guarantees 3 or more performances) for live shows at Ukraine Fringe in Kyiv
- Taking part in the online section at Scenesaver is free of charge. All the donations collected there go to support Ukraine Fringe.
Participants are responsible for their own travel, accomodation and meals.

Our team will effectively work to find a perfect venue for your live show. Kyiv is an enormous city with different spaces for every type of performance. We will make sure you have access to any venue that is matched to your needs – from the traditional to the site specific.
- Ticketing and box office
- Management of all ticket sales (pre-sales and sales at the venue before the show)
- Management of ticketing promotions
- Guide and advertisement
We don’t print guides, because we want to save our planet. But Ukraine Fringe will have a designed guide , where every event will have its own page.
- 24/7 help from our team
Festival team can help you with every question you have: finding transport tickets, accommodation,
- Free access to every event
You can watch every show, take part in our parties and other events for free.
